					Wendy and her crew made replacement cushions for the chairs on our deck.  We live close enough to be able to meet with Wendy to show her what we needed.  She was very easy to work with and delivered exactly when promised. The new cushions are very well made, fit perfectly and are better than the ones that came with the set. We then updated our umbrella with matching fabric. Like a new set!  We highly recommend Cushions by Wicker Imports.

						We received or cushions for our Floyd Flanders chairs within the timeframe quoted. They look great. The fabric is just as we expected. The cushions are thick and firm. I’m lucky enough to live nearby so I was there every day for about a week trying to decide what fabric to choose and they were just as helpful and sweet each time!  She told me they would be ready in 5-6 and she called me a week 4 to say they were being “made” and ready the following week.  They fit perfectly and are so thicker than my old stuff…. After speaking with the owner we decided to go with this shop.  The owner is friendly, professional and knowledgeable.  We visited the shop to drop off cushions as templates and pick out a fabric.  Wendy helped us select fabric, accent pillows and cushion design.  The order was completed as promised and the end result exceeded our expectations.

						I received my cushions in a week!  They are beautiful, and I couldn't be more pleased with them!  Wendy was very helpful and asked questions to be sure that I had measured correctly - I really appreciated her attention to all of the details.  I highly recommend using this company for all of your outdoor cushion needs!  They rock!

					Just received our new NorthCape Replacement Cushions!  We are extremely excited and pleased with the outcome!  Ordering was easy online and the speed and quality was outstanding!!  We started our journey with the replacement cushions in January.  I ordered from a vendor that got the cushions directly from NorthCape.  They were to be delivered by mid February.  I did order some throw pillows and recieved them before deadline and they were beautifully done!  (The throw pillows were ordered from Cushions by Wicker Imports). We finally got our order in early April.  The fit was not as stated, (the dimensions were off and the thickness and quality of the foam was subpar and not as advertised) the quality was horrible as they were made in India. My 15 yr old cushions looked better than the new ones.  The reason I wanted to go back to the factory to ensure the fit was exact.  Well that was so wrong!  So I ordered from these guys.  And they are what we were expecting, the thickness was correct, the fit was perfect!!  We could not be happier!  Long story short, don’t waste time with the manufacturer!  Shop here!  We will use these guys for all our cushion and throw pillow needs!!! (And they are made in the USA)

					Wendy is my hero. She helped me understand what furniture I owned and how we could replace the old cushions. She then offered me instructions on how to properly measure seats and backs for the three pieces (3-seat sofa, chair w/ ottoman, glider chair). Wendy then accepted my amateur drawings and imputed all the data for these custom cushions.

When the cushions arrived my wife and I were so happy and pleased as the two fabrics we chose worked beautifully together. And every cushion was perfectly built and fit out furniture.

						Wendy is my hero. She helped me understand what furniture I owned and how we could replace the old cushions. She then offered me instructions on how to properly measure seats and backs for the three pieces (3-seat sofa, chair w/ ottoman, glider chair). Wendy then accepted my amateur drawings and imputed all the data for these custom cushions.

When the cushions arrived my wife and I were so happy and pleased as the two fabrics we chose worked beautifully together. And every cushion was perfectly built and fit out furniture.

					I found Cushions by Wicker Imports’ online site a few years ago, and although I really needed replacement cushions for our indoor wicker sunroom furniture, I was terrified of investing that much money on cushions online! What if I ordered them wrong, made a mistake with the measurements or the cushions were not good quality . . . So for a few years I did nothing. I would come back to the site every now and then. They were a lot less expensive than local shops and seemed to have the most and best options - but I was still afraid to order, so for a few years I did nothing.  This year I decided to go ahead and requested many fabric swatches (which were sent to us at no charge).  The website had great instructions that made measuring for replacement cushions easy. And once all was decided, Wendy helped me with my order. Easy!  I was still nervous - but all there was left to do was wait until they arrived.  On Saturday, June 15 – just 33 days after placing my order – our cushions arrived extremely well packaged in sturdy boxes and in perfect condition!  I opened the boxes and was blown away by the color and quality of the fabric - absolutely top notch - beautiful, durable and soft! The foam used is dense so when you sit in the furniture you feel supported and comfortable. I am so happy that I got the 4 buttons on the seat backs and the piping on the seat cushions - it just brings our sunroom together at a whole new level!  And most importantly – the cushions fit my furniture perfectly - better than the cushions that came with the set originally!  I am beyond thrilled.  So thank you to every single person who had a hand in getting these cushions made and sent to us!  I can't thank you all enough for your help, for the outstanding quality craftmanship, and quick delivery of these gorgeous cushions! On a scale of 1-5 stars, I would give you 10 stars if I could and we would recommend to all who are looking for quality, beautiful replacement cushions. I wish I had not waited so long to place my order!

						I found Cushions by Wicker Imports’ online site a few years ago, and although I really needed replacement cushions for our indoor wicker sunroom furniture, I was terrified of investing that much money on cushions online! What if I ordered them wrong, made a mistake with the measurements or the cushions were not good quality . . . So for a few years I did nothing. I would come back to the site every now and then. They were a lot less expensive than local shops and seemed to have the most and best options - but I was still afraid to order, so for a few years I did nothing.  This year I decided to go ahead and requested many fabric swatches (which were sent to us at no charge).  The website had great instructions that made measuring for replacement cushions easy. And once all was decided, Wendy helped me with my order. Easy!  I was still nervous - but all there was left to do was wait until they arrived.  On Saturday, June 15 – just 33 days after placing my order – our cushions arrived extremely well packaged in sturdy boxes and in perfect condition!  I opened the boxes and was blown away by the color and quality of the fabric - absolutely top notch - beautiful, durable and soft! The foam used is dense so when you sit in the furniture you feel supported and comfortable. I am so happy that I got the 4 buttons on the seat backs and the piping on the seat cushions - it just brings our sunroom together at a whole new level!  And most importantly – the cushions fit my furniture perfectly - better than the cushions that came with the set originally!  I am beyond thrilled.  So thank you to every single person who had a hand in getting these cushions made and sent to us!  I can't thank you all enough for your help, for the outstanding quality craftmanship, and quick delivery of these gorgeous cushions! On a scale of 1-5 stars, I would give you 10 stars if I could and we would recommend to all who are looking for quality, beautiful replacement cushions. I wish I had not waited so long to place my order!

						We received the Lloyd Flanders cushions for our couch, love seat and swivel chairs. We are extremely happy with the quality and comfort of your product.  When buying online one never knows what you will receive or if you will receive it. I wanted to post some pictures but could not find away. Thanks again.

					We really needed replacement cushions for our wicker set.  The original store where we purchased it had gone out of business and no other similar store had even heard of our brand and style of furniture!  I found Cushions by Wicker Imports online and they made cushions for our wicker set as well as many other brands.  It was a big purchase to make soley online but I spoke with Wendy and emailed her questions and she was very responsive.  They have a very large selection of fabrics and will happily send you swatches.  My order arrived in the expected amount of time.  We couldn't be happier.  They look great, are very well made and fit perfectly!

						Loved my replacement cushions for my outdoor furniture.   A few weeks after receiving my  order I had a minor issue with one of the cushions.
