I did order some throw pillows and recieved them before deadline and they were beautifully done!  (The throw pillows were ordered from Cushions by Wicker Imports). We finally got our order in early April.  The fit was not as stated, (the dimensions were off and the thickness and quality of the foam was subpar and not as advertised) the quality was horrible as they were made in India. My 15 yr old cushions looked better than the new ones.  The reason I wanted to go back to the factory to ensure the fit was exact.  Well that was so wrong!  So I ordered from these guys.  And they are what we were expecting, the thickness was correct, the fit was perfect!!  We could not be happier!  Long story short, don’t waste time with the manufacturer!  Shop here!  We will use these guys for all our cushion and throw pillow needs!!! (And they are made in the USA)

						Just received our new NorthCape Replacement Cushions!  We are extremely excited and pleased with the outcome!  Ordering was easy online and the speed and quality was outstanding!!  We started our journey with the replacement cushions in January.  I ordered from a vendor that got the cushions directly from NorthCape.  They were to be delivered by mid February.  I did order some throw pillows and recieved them before deadline and they were beautifully done!  (The throw pillows were ordered from Cushions by Wicker Imports). We finally got our order in early April.  The fit was not as stated, (the dimensions were off and the thickness and quality of the foam was subpar and not as advertised) the quality was horrible as they were made in India. My 15 yr old cushions looked better than the new ones.  The reason I wanted to go back to the factory to ensure the fit was exact.  Well that was so wrong!  So I ordered from these guys.  And they are what we were expecting, the thickness was correct, the fit was perfect!!  We could not be happier!  Long story short, don’t waste time with the manufacturer!  Shop here! I updated the cushions in a fresh, lighter color and they look brand new: the fit is perfect and the quality is exceptional.  Customer service was excellent - since these are custom-made to fit, Wendy emailed me after I placed the order to clarify the dimensions (my measurements were slightly off) and whether I wanted buttons or not. Awesome job!

						I would recommend Cushions by Wicker Imports to anyone looking for replacement cushions.  They are reputable and very punctual in their timeline for delivery.  In addition, Wendy was fantastic to work with - eager to send as many samples as you need.  She helped to find the right colors and assisted with the correct measurements.  It was such a seamless ordeal.  The cushions are top quality so if you’re thinking about replacing yours, look no further.

When the cushions arrived my wife and I were so happy and pleased as the two fabrics we chose worked beautifully together. And every cushion was perfectly built and fit out furniture.

						Wicker Exports provides excellent customer service for new cushions.  It can often be tricky getting cushion replacements that actually fit.  We received “spot on” advice and now have beautiful, new cushions for our new home.  The cushions are of high quality.  And, the company offers a rich variety of cover choices. 					I found Cushions by Wicker Imports’ online site a few years ago, and although I really needed replacement cushions for our indoor wicker sunroom furniture, I was terrified of investing that much money on cushions online! What if I ordered them wrong, made a mistake with the measurements or the cushions were not good quality . . . So for a few years I did nothing. I would come back to the site every now and then. They were a lot less expensive than local shops and seemed to have the most and best options - but I was still afraid to order, so for a few years I did nothing.  This year I decided to go ahead and requested many fabric swatches (which were sent to us at no charge).  The website had great instructions that made measuring for replacement cushions easy. And once all was decided, Wendy helped me with my order. Easy!  I was still nervous - but all there was left to do was wait until they arrived.  On Saturday, June 15 – just 33 days after placing my order – our cushions arrived extremely well packaged in sturdy boxes and in perfect condition!  I opened the boxes and was blown away by the color and quality of the fabric - absolutely top notch - beautiful, durable and soft! The foam used is dense so when you sit in the furniture you feel supported and comfortable. I am so happy that I got the 4 buttons on the seat backs and the piping on the seat cushions - it just brings our sunroom together at a whole new level!  And most importantly – the cushions fit my furniture perfectly - better than the cushions that came with the set originally!  I am beyond thrilled.  So thank you to every single person who had a hand in getting these cushions made and sent to us!  I can't thank you all enough for your help, for the outstanding quality craftmanship, and quick delivery of these gorgeous cushions! On a scale of 1-5 stars, I would give you 10 stars if I could and we would recommend to all who are looking for quality, beautiful replacement cushions. I wish I had not waited so long to place my order!

My furniture has a curve to the back, and when I ordered the cushions, I got an email back from the company making sure I measured right. The line I used is very seldom ordered. Wendy was a tremendous help. I called her and she talked me through the measurements and asked if I could make a template. I did so, and the cushions were custom made and arrived within two weeks. 						We ordered custom cushions for a sofa we rebuilt in our camper.  The communication from them was top notch.  When the cushions came, they fit perfectly and were just as we ordered.  They are very comfortable and we are very happy with them.  Would recommend!

						Responsiveness is exceptional. I ordered a 5-piece set in the midst of COVID, and there was all kinds of issues with my order, none of which was Ratton's fault. They they kept me in the loop every step of the way and were a 24-hour response time every time I reached out to them. Highly recommend using them!

					Loved my replacement cushions for my outdoor furniture.   A few weeks after receiving my  order I had a minor issue with one of the cushions.  John immediately offered to  fix it at their expense, it was picked up, fixed and returned to me within days (and I live 5 states away).  Excellent cushions and excellent customer service!!!

					Wonderful selection of furniture for any room and service is even better.  A glider we bought needed a few new pieces, but unable to find where to replace them.  Called John at Wicker Imports and he informed me my chair was still under warranty and he'd get me a replacement piece soon as possible.  He responded immediately, the piece was ordered and delivered in a timely manner, and we put it back together for a brand new chair.  Great service during selection and after.  Recommend highly.
