						Wendy was delightful and so easy to work with on making custom cushions for my Everglade chairs and sofa. I wanted them updated with box seats and straight top cushions with piping. She then offered me instructions on how to properly measure seats and backs for the three pieces (3-seat sofa, chair w/ ottoman, glider chair). Wendy then accepted my amateur drawings and imputed all the data for these custom cushions.

When the cushions arrived my wife and I were so happy and pleased as the two fabrics we chose worked beautifully together. And every cushion was perfectly built and fit out furniture.

						If you need replacement cushions for your outdoor furniture, you cannot do better than Cushions by Wicker Imports!  The fabric selection is huge, including Sunbrella; ordering and delivery processes are extremely efficient; the custom craftsmanship and construction are stunning; and the customer service (thank you, Wendy!!) is extraordinary.  We ordered cushions for sofa, rocker, and six dining chairs and could not be happier with the result.  Bravo, Cushions by Wicker Imports!!

						Excellent experience working with Wendy for a custom order of cushions for my old, but solid, rattan sofa. I was able to speak to Wendy several times and email pictures of the sofa with measurements to have them made to fit.

						The original cushions for our rattan glider were mistakenly thrown out. It was impossible to find cushions that fit. We came across Wicker Imports online. With Wendy's help we took measurements and sent photos of the glider. Our custom replacement cushions arrived yesterday and they fit perfectly. They are comfortable and look great too.

					I found Cushions by Wicker Imports’ online site a few years ago, and although I really needed replacement cushions for our indoor wicker sunroom furniture, I was terrified of investing that much money on cushions online! What if I ordered them wrong, made a mistake with the measurements or the cushions were not good quality . . . So for a few years I did nothing. I would come back to the site every now and then. They were a lot less expensive than local shops and seemed to have the most and best options - but I was still afraid to order, so for a few years I did nothing.  This year I decided to go ahead and requested many fabric swatches (which were sent to us at no charge).  The website had great instructions that made measuring for replacement cushions easy. And once all was decided, Wendy helped me with my order. Easy!  I was still nervous - but all there was left to do was wait until they arrived.  On Saturday, June 15 – just 33 days after placing my order – our cushions arrived extremely well packaged in sturdy boxes and in perfect condition!  I opened the boxes and was blown away by the color and quality of the fabric - absolutely top notch - beautiful, durable and soft! The foam used is dense so when you sit in the furniture you feel supported and comfortable. I am so happy that I got the 4 buttons on the seat backs and the piping on the seat cushions - it just brings our sunroom together at a whole new level!  And most importantly – the cushions fit my furniture perfectly - better than the cushions that came with the set originally!  I am beyond thrilled.  So thank you to every single person who had a hand in getting these cushions made and sent to us!  I can't thank you all enough for your help, for the outstanding quality craftmanship, and quick delivery of these gorgeous cushions! On a scale of 1-5 stars, I would give you 10 stars if I could and we would recommend to all who are looking for quality, beautiful replacement cushions. I wish I had not waited so long to place my order!

						I found Cushions by Wicker Imports’ online site a few years ago, and although I really needed replacement cushions for our indoor wicker sunroom furniture, I was terrified of investing that much money on cushions online! What if I ordered them wrong, made a mistake with the measurements or the cushions were not good quality . . . So for a few years I did nothing. I would come back to the site every now and then. They were a lot less expensive than local shops and seemed to have the most and best options - but I was still afraid to order, so for a few years I did nothing.  This year I decided to go ahead and requested many fabric swatches (which were sent to us at no charge).  The website had great instructions that made measuring for replacement cushions easy. And once all was decided, Wendy helped me with my order. Easy!  I was still nervous - but all there was left to do was wait until they arrived.  On Saturday, June 15 – just 33 days after placing my order – our cushions arrived extremely well packaged in sturdy boxes and in perfect condition!  I opened the boxes and was blown away by the color and quality of the fabric - absolutely top notch - beautiful, durable and soft! The foam used is dense so when you sit in the furniture you feel supported and comfortable. I am so happy that I got the 4 buttons on the seat backs and the piping on the seat cushions - it just brings our sunroom together at a whole new level!  And most importantly – the cushions fit my furniture perfectly - better than the cushions that came with the set originally!  I am beyond thrilled.  So thank you to every single person who had a hand in getting these cushions made and sent to us!  I can't thank you all enough for your help, for the outstanding quality craftmanship, and quick delivery of these gorgeous cushions! On a scale of 1-5 stars, I would give you 10 stars if I could and we would recommend to all who are looking for quality, beautiful replacement cushions. I wish I had not waited so long to place my order!

The cushions are a perfect fit; the fabric is beautiful, and the craftsmanship is excellent.  All this was accomplished in a very pleasant, stress-free, professional way in less than 6 weeks. 						We are thrilled with the service and quality of work from this company!  Wendy was very helpful with allowing us to provide our own fabric for new cushions for our Lloyd Flanders set, and made sure that we ordered cushions that would fit despite some changes to Lloyd Flanders' cushion specifications since our set was purchased.  When we ordered cushions for a separate chair in a different fabric, she took the time to call me to explain options so that the cushion could be reversible despite the fabric's pattern.  Wendy and her company offer great personalized customer service and our cushions are terrific.  Highly recommended!

					We really needed replacement cushions for our wicker set.  The original store where we purchased it had gone out of business and no other similar store had even heard of our brand and style of furniture!  I found Cushions by Wicker Imports online and they made cushions for our wicker set as well as many other brands.  It was a big purchase to make soley online but I spoke with Wendy and emailed her questions and she was very responsive.  They have a very large selection of fabrics and will happily send you swatches.  My order arrived in the expected amount of time.  We couldn't be happier.  They look great, are very well made and fit perfectly!

						We really needed replacement cushions for our wicker set.  The original store where we purchased it had gone out of business and no other similar store had even heard of our brand and style of furniture!  I found Cushions by Wicker Imports online and they made cushions for our wicker set as well as many other brands.  It was a big purchase to make soley online but I spoke with Wendy and emailed her questions and she was very responsive.  They have a very large selection of fabrics and will happily send you swatches.  My order arrived in the expected amount of time.  We couldn't be happier.  They look great, are very well made and fit perfectly!

					Wonderful selection of furniture for any room and service is even better.  A glider we bought needed a few new pieces, but unable to find where to replace them.  Called John at Wicker Imports and he informed me my chair was still under warranty and he'd get me a replacement piece soon as possible.  He responded immediately, the piece was ordered and delivered in a timely manner, and we put it back together for a brand new chair.  Great service during selection and after.  Recommend highly.
