Wendy was so personable to talk with on the phone. I received my cushions in three weeks very carefully packaged. 						Our screened patio cushions were in dire need of replacement. After about 10 years, we needed to find a solution. Cant say enough good things about our experience with Cushions by Wicker Imports. Wendy was fantastic from helping with our options to delivering the finished product to our home. 5 stars isn't high enough, would strongly recommend
					
					My experience with Cushions by Wicker Imports was perfect, from my first inquiry to receipt of my order.  My Lloyd Flanders wicker, purchased about 35 years ago, was still in beautiful condition, except for the original cushions, which consist of a three-seat sofa, a rocking chair with ottoman, and a side chair.   Wendy and her assistant, Linda, immediately saw that my wicker was not a current Lloyd Flanders style.  They carefully researched the history of Lloyd Flanders furniture, identified my discontinued style (Buckingham), worked with me to ensure that the cushions would fit perfectly, provided swatch samples, made helpful suggestions on every detail until the final cushions and accent pillows were made and shipped free of charge to me.  The cushions are a perfect fit; the fabric is beautiful, and the craftsmanship is excellent.  All this was accomplished in a very pleasant, stress-free, professional way in less than 6 weeks.  I couldn’t be more pleased!

Called John at Wicker Imports and he informed me my chair was still under warranty and he'd get me a replacement piece soon as possible.  He responded immediately, the piece was ordered and delivered in a timely manner, and we put it back together for a brand new chair.  Great service during selection and after.  Recommend highly.
