						The original cushions for our rattan glider were mistakenly thrown out. It was impossible to find cushions that fit. We came across Wicker Imports online. With Wendy's help we took measurements and sent photos of the glider. Our custom replacement cushions arrived yesterday and they fit perfectly. They are comfortable and look great too.

					I found Cushions by Wicker Imports’ online site a few years ago, and although I really needed replacement cushions for our indoor wicker sunroom furniture, I was terrified of investing that much money on cushions online! What if I ordered them wrong, made a mistake with the measurements or the cushions were not good quality . . . So for a few years I did nothing. I would come back to the site every now and then. They were a lot less expensive than local shops and seemed to have the most and best options - but I was still afraid to order, so for a few years I did nothing.  This year I decided to go ahead and requested many fabric swatches (which were sent to us at no charge).  The website had great instructions that made measuring for replacement cushions easy. And once all was decided, Wendy helped me with my order. Easy!  I was still nervous - but all there was left to do was wait until they arrived.  On Saturday, June 15 – just 33 days after placing my order – our cushions arrived extremely well packaged in sturdy boxes and in perfect condition!  I opened the boxes and was blown away by the color and quality of the fabric - absolutely top notch - beautiful, durable and soft! The foam used is dense so when you sit in the furniture you feel supported and comfortable. I am so happy that I got the 4 buttons on the seat backs and the piping on the seat cushions - it just brings our sunroom together at a whole new level!  And most importantly – the cushions fit my furniture perfectly - better than the cushions that came with the set originally!  I am beyond thrilled.  So thank you to every single person who had a hand in getting these cushions made and sent to us!  I can't thank you all enough for your help, for the outstanding quality craftmanship, and quick delivery of these gorgeous cushions! On a scale of 1-5 stars, I would give you 10 stars if I could and we would recommend to all who are looking for quality, beautiful replacement cushions. I wish I had not waited so long to place my order!

My furniture has a curve to the back, and when I ordered the cushions, I got an email back from the company making sure I measured right. The line I used is very seldom ordered. Wendy was a tremendous help. I called her and she talked me through the measurements and asked if I could make a template. I did so, and the cushions were custom made and arrived within two weeks. 						Our screened patio cushions were in dire need of replacement. After about 10 years, we needed to find a solution. Cant say enough good things about our experience with Cushions by Wicker Imports. Wendy was fantastic from helping with our options to delivering the finished product to our home. 5 stars isn't high enough, would strongly recommend

						My experience with Cushions by Wicker Imports was perfect, from my first inquiry to receipt of my order.  My Lloyd Flanders wicker, purchased about 35 years ago, was still in beautiful condition, except for the original cushions, which consist of a three-seat sofa, a rocking chair with ottoman, and a side chair.   Wendy and her assistant, Linda, immediately saw that my wicker was not a current Lloyd Flanders style.  They carefully researched the history of Lloyd Flanders furniture, identified my discontinued style (Buckingham), worked with me to ensure that the cushions would fit perfectly, provided swatch samples, made helpful suggestions on every detail until the final cushions and accent pillows were made and shipped free of charge to me. 						I just received my new replacement cushions from Wicker Imports for my old Lloyd and Flanders wicker sofa, loveseat and chair and couldn't be happier!  The cushions are just what I wanted and fit my furniture perfectly. The expert sewing and material and fast delivery (only 2 weeks) were very impressive. After googling to find replacement cushions, I found that Cushions by Wicker Imports had a beautiful selection of fabrics, could customize cushion sizes and were easy to do business with.  Wendy was very helpful in explaining how to take measurements and in sending us samples of their great selection of fabrics. The cushions arrived yesterday and they are beautiful, fit great and we love them!!!!  Based on your website, I could tell you offer a terrific product but, now that we have the real thing,  you still managed to exceed our expectations. 					We really needed replacement cushions for our wicker set.  The original store where we purchased it had gone out of business and no other similar store had even heard of our brand and style of furniture!  I found Cushions by Wicker Imports online and they made cushions for our wicker set as well as many other brands.  It was a big purchase to make soley online but I spoke with Wendy and emailed her questions and she was very responsive.  They have a very large selection of fabrics and will happily send you swatches.  My order arrived in the expected amount of time.  We couldn't be happier.  They look great, are very well made and fit perfectly!

						Wonderful selection of furniture for any room and service is even better.  A glider we bought needed a few new pieces, but unable to find where to replace them.  Called John at Wicker Imports and he informed me my chair was still under warranty and he'd get me a replacement piece soon as possible.  He responded immediately, the piece was ordered and delivered in a timely manner, and we put it back together for a brand new chair.  Great service during selection and after.  Recommend highly.
