						Wendy was delightful and so easy to work with on making custom cushions for my Everglade chairs and sofa. I wanted them updated with box seats and straight top cushions with piping. 					Wendy is my hero. She helped me understand what furniture I owned and how we could replace the old cushions. She then offered me instructions on how to properly measure seats and backs for the three pieces (3-seat sofa, chair w/ ottoman, glider chair). Wendy then accepted my amateur drawings and imputed all the data for these custom cushions.

When the cushions arrived my wife and I were so happy and pleased as the two fabrics we chose worked beautifully together. And every cushion was perfectly built and fit out furniture.

SAVED BY SALE with Cushions by Wicker.  They mailed free swatches and answered several emails and phone calls all with patience and courtesy! Hard to find nowadays.  I had talked with two other companies and looked at what was out there with reviews, etc. If you want quality, and decent fair price then go to Cushions by Wicker. 						The original cushions for our rattan glider were mistakenly thrown out. It was impossible to find cushions that fit. We came across Wicker Imports online. With Wendy's help we took measurements and sent photos of the glider. Our custom replacement cushions arrived yesterday and they fit perfectly. They are comfortable and look great too.

					I found Cushions by Wicker Imports’ online site a few years ago, and although I really needed replacement cushions for our indoor wicker sunroom furniture, I was terrified of investing that much money on cushions online! What if I ordered them wrong, made a mistake with the measurements or the cushions were not good quality . . . So for a few years I did nothing. I would come back to the site every now and then. They were a lot less expensive than local shops and seemed to have the most and best options - but I was still afraid to order, so for a few years I did nothing.  This year I decided to go ahead and requested many fabric swatches (which were sent to us at no charge).  The website had great instructions that made measuring for replacement cushions easy. And once all was decided, Wendy helped me with my order. Easy!  I was still nervous - but all there was left to do was wait until they arrived.  On Saturday, June 15 – just 33 days after placing my order – our cushions arrived extremely well packaged in sturdy boxes and in perfect condition!  I opened the boxes and was blown away by the color and quality of the fabric - absolutely top notch - beautiful, durable and soft! The foam used is dense so when you sit in the furniture you feel supported and comfortable. I am so happy that I got the 4 buttons on the seat backs and the piping on the seat cushions - it just brings our sunroom together at a whole new level!  And most importantly – the cushions fit my furniture perfectly - better than the cushions that came with the set originally!  I am beyond thrilled.  So thank you to every single person who had a hand in getting these cushions made and sent to us!  I can't thank you all enough for your help, for the outstanding quality craftmanship, and quick delivery of these gorgeous cushions! On a scale of 1-5 stars, I would give you 10 stars if I could and we would recommend to all who are looking for quality, beautiful replacement cushions. I wish I had not waited so long to place my order!

						I found Cushions by Wicker Imports’ online site a few years ago, and although I really needed replacement cushions for our indoor wicker sunroom furniture, I was terrified of investing that much money on cushions online! What if I ordered them wrong, made a mistake with the measurements or the cushions were not good quality . . . So for a few years I did nothing. I would come back to the site every now and then. They were a lot less expensive than local shops and seemed to have the most and best options - but I was still afraid to order, so for a few years I did nothing.  This year I decided to go ahead and requested many fabric swatches (which were sent to us at no charge).  The website had great instructions that made measuring for replacement cushions easy. And once all was decided, Wendy helped me with my order. Easy!  I was still nervous - but all there was left to do was wait until they arrived.  On Saturday, June 15 – just 33 days after placing my order – our cushions arrived extremely well packaged in sturdy boxes and in perfect condition!  I opened the boxes and was blown away by the color and quality of the fabric - absolutely top notch - beautiful, durable and soft! The foam used is dense so when you sit in the furniture you feel supported and comfortable. I am so happy that I got the 4 buttons on the seat backs and the piping on the seat cushions - it just brings our sunroom together at a whole new level!  And most importantly – the cushions fit my furniture perfectly - better than the cushions that came with the set originally!  I am beyond thrilled.  So thank you to every single person who had a hand in getting these cushions made and sent to us!  I can't thank you all enough for your help, for the outstanding quality craftmanship, and quick delivery of these gorgeous cushions! On a scale of 1-5 stars, I would give you 10 stars if I could and we would recommend to all who are looking for quality, beautiful replacement cushions. I wish I had not waited so long to place my order!

They carefully researched the history of Lloyd Flanders furniture, identified my discontinued style (Buckingham), worked with me to ensure that the cushions would fit perfectly, provided swatch samples, made helpful suggestions on every detail until the final cushions and accent pillows were made and shipped free of charge to me.  The cushions are a perfect fit; the fabric is beautiful, and the craftsmanship is excellent.  All this was accomplished in a very pleasant, stress-free, professional way in less than 6 weeks.  I couldn’t be more pleased!

It was a big purchase to make soley online but I spoke with Wendy and emailed her questions and she was very responsive.  They have a very large selection of fabrics and will happily send you swatches.  My order arrived in the expected amount of time.  We couldn't be happier.  They look great, are very well made and fit perfectly!

						Loved my replacement cushions for my outdoor furniture.   A few weeks after receiving my  order I had a minor issue with one of the cushions.  John immediately offered to  fix it at their expense, it was picked up, fixed and returned to me within days (and I live 5 states away).  Excellent cushions and excellent customer service!!!
