Wendy and her crew made replacement cushions for the chairs on our deck. We live close enough to be able to meet with Wendy to show her what we needed. She was very easy to work with and delivered exactly when promised. The new cushions are very well made, fit perfectly and are better than the ones that came with the set. We then updated our umbrella with matching fabric. Like a new set! We highly recommend Cushions by Wicker Imports.

We received or cushions for our Floyd Flanders chairs within the timeframe quoted. They look great. The fabric is just as we expected. The cushions are thick and firm. A little firmer then we expected but we they use furniture grade foam which will last for years. Wendy was great to deal with! We like enjoyed dealing with her.

I can’t say enough about Wendy and her team at Cushions by Wicker Imports. I’m lucky enough to live nearby so I was there every day for about a week trying to decide what fabric to choose and they were just as helpful and sweet each time! She told me they would be ready in 5-6 and she called me a week 4 to say they were being “made” and ready the following week. They fit perfectly and are so thicker than my old stuff…. (Trying to figure out how to post pics!)

This is the place to order replacement cushions. We have a discontinued wicker furniture set in our solarium and searched for a place to manufacture replacement cushions. After speaking with the owner we decided to go with this shop. The owner is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We visited the shop to drop off cushions as templates and pick out a fabric. Wendy helped us select fabric, accent pillows and cushion design. The order was completed as promised and the end result exceeded our expectations.

When I needed to replace cushions I went back to Wicker Imports where I first bought my porch furniture that still looks like new years later. The website was easy to use and when I had a question it was easy to reach them by phone. I was able to quickly find the brand of my furniture and order new cushions from a wide selection of fabrics. Fabric swatches were available. The cushions look fantastic, the order came when they said it would, and I got a heads up from UPS with the time of delivery.

Just received our new NorthCape Replacement Cushions! We are extremely excited and pleased with the outcome! Ordering was easy online and the speed and quality was outstanding!! We started our journey with the replacement cushions in January. I ordered from a vendor that got the cushions directly from NorthCape. They were to be delivered by mid February. I did order some throw pillows and recieved them before deadline and they were beautifully done! (The throw pillows were ordered from Cushions by Wicker Imports). We finally got our order in early April. The fit was not as stated, (the dimensions were off and the thickness and quality of the foam was subpar and not as advertised) the quality was horrible as they were made in India. My 15 yr old cushions looked better than the new ones. The reason I wanted to go back to the factory to ensure the fit was exact. Well that was so wrong! So I ordered from these guys. And they are what we were expecting, the thickness was correct, the fit was perfect!! We could not be happier! Long story short, don’t waste time with the manufacturer! Shop here! We will use these guys for all our cushion and throw pillow needs!!! (And they are made in the USA)

I've had a pair of these North Cape rockers for at least 15 years and even though the structure of the chairs and ottoman were in good shape, the old dark cushions were getting pretty worn out and flattened from being everyone's favorite place to sit. I updated the cushions in a fresh, lighter color and they look brand new: the fit is perfect and the quality is exceptional. Customer service was excellent - since these are custom-made to fit, Wendy emailed me after I placed the order to clarify the dimensions (my measurements were slightly off) and whether I wanted buttons or not. Awesome job!

Wendy is my hero. She helped me understand what furniture I owned and how we could replace the old cushions. She then offered me instructions on how to properly measure seats and backs for the three pieces (3-seat sofa, chair w/ ottoman, glider chair). Wendy then accepted my amateur drawings and imputed all the data for these custom cushions.

When the cushions arrived my wife and I were so happy and pleased as the two fabrics we chose worked beautifully together. And every cushion was perfectly built and fit out furniture.

Occasionally customers find fantastic help in the marketplace. Wendy at Cushions by Wicker Imports is one of the rare gems.

Thank you so much Wendy!

Cushions By Wicker Imports is absolutely the best!! My 20+ year old Lloyd Flanders cushions had seen their day. I put off replacing because of the cost and even checked out new furniture. SAVED BY SALE with Cushions by Wicker. They mailed free swatches and answered several emails and phone calls all with patience and courtesy! Hard to find nowadays. I had talked with two other companies and looked at what was out there with reviews, etc. If you want quality, and decent fair price then go to Cushions by Wicker. If my photo uploads you'll see the old and the new side by side! Couldn't be happier

Excellent experience working with Wendy for a custom order of cushions for my old, but solid, rattan sofa. I was able to speak to Wendy several times and email pictures of the sofa with measurements to have them made to fit.

I am very pleased with the result! Cushions are firm, as desired (no sinking into sofa), and they fit perfectly. The accent pillows are great too. I purchased extra fabric to cover dining chair seats to match. I highly recommend Cushions by Wicker Imports. Price is higher than purchasing standard size cushions elsewhere but well worth the price for the quality work and terrific customer service.

We could not be more thrilled with the replacement cushions we ordered!!! What a beautiful job - better than the original Lloyd Flanders cushions, by far! Wendy could not have been nicer or more helpful... sending us fabric samples, answering questions and checking over our online order, to make sure everything was clear and correct. Thank you all so much!!

After my dog chewed the cushion for my Lloyd & Flanders Nantucket love seat I reached out to Wendy at Cushions by Wicker Imports. So thrilled I found her! She had many fabrics to choose from. I was able to upgrade to a high upholstery grade fabric. The cushions Wendy uses are also an upgrade to the original that came with my set. Very pleased!

I have had my new cushions for about 2 weeks. I am so pleased with my decision to go with Wicker Imports for numerous reasons.I bought my wicker furniture with my mom,30 years ago from a very known store in LongIsland NY, called Thomas ille Furniture which is no longer in business.I know my wicker furniture is well made and deserved new cushions to enhance and bring back to life my wicker.I have looked for years for new cushions and realized my furniture required custom made cushions.I choose Cushions by wicker because they had a wide selection of furniture styles which had to match my wicker.Because this was going to be a solid financial investment I wanted this done properly.Wendy and her staf did a lovely job and the craftsmanship is ideal. She worked with me,I worked with her and together my porch is a happy space Thank You to Wendy and her company,Cushions by Imports.Meg Gliwa

Wicker Exports provides excellent customer service for new cushions. It can often be tricky getting cushion replacements that actually fit. We received “spot on” advice and now have beautiful, new cushions for our new home. The cushions are of high quality. And, the company offers a rich variety of cover choices. Wendy, at Wicker Imports, was instrumental to our great experience and success. Don’t hesitate to ask for assistance or advice. She is friendly, helpful , and very experienced. . I found Cushions by Wicker Imports’ online site a few years ago, and although I really needed replacement cushions for our indoor wicker sunroom furniture, I was terrified of investing that much money on cushions online! What if I ordered them wrong, made a mistake with the measurements or the cushions were not good quality . . . So for a few years I did nothing. I would come back to the site every now and then. They were a lot less expensive than local shops and seemed to have the most and best options - but I was still afraid to order, so for a few years I did nothing. This year I decided to go ahead and requested many fabric swatches (which were sent to us at no charge). The website had great instructions that made measuring for replacement cushions easy. And once all was decided, Wendy helped me with my order. Easy! I was still nervous - but all there was left to do was wait until they arrived. On Saturday, June 15 – just 33 days after placing my order – our cushions arrived extremely well packaged in sturdy boxes and in perfect condition! I opened the boxes and was blown away by the color and quality of the fabric - absolutely top notch - beautiful, durable and soft! The foam used is dense so when you sit in the furniture you feel supported and comfortable. I am so happy that I got the 4 buttons on the seat backs and the piping on the seat cushions - it just brings our sunroom together at a whole new level! And most importantly – the cushions fit my furniture perfectly - better than the cushions that came with the set originally! I am beyond thrilled. So thank you to every single person who had a hand in getting these cushions made and sent to us! I can't thank you all enough for your help, for the outstanding quality craftmanship, and quick delivery of these gorgeous cushions! On a scale of 1-5 stars, I would give you 10 stars if I could and we would recommend to all who are looking for quality, beautiful replacement cushions. I wish I had not waited so long to place my order!

I was apprehensive just choosing a company off the Internet to have replacement pillows made. My furniture has a curve to the back, and when I ordered the cushions, I got an email back from the company making sure I measured right. The line I used is very seldom ordered. My experience with Cushions by Wicker Imports was perfect, from my first inquiry to receipt of my order. My Lloyd Flanders wicker, purchased about 35 years ago, was still in beautiful condition, except for the original cushions, which consist of a three-seat sofa, a rocking chair with ottoman, and a side chair. Wendy and her assistant, Linda, immediately saw that my wicker was not a current Lloyd Flanders style. They carefully researched the history of Lloyd Flanders furniture, identified my discontinued style (Buckingham), worked with me to ensure that the cushions would fit perfectly, provided swatch samples, made helpful suggestions on every detail until the final cushions and accent pillows were made and shipped free of charge to me. The cushions are a perfect fit; the fabric is beautiful, and the craftsmanship is excellent. All this was accomplished in a very pleasant, stress-free, professional way in less than 6 weeks. I couldn’t be more pleased!

We are thrilled with the service and quality of work from this company! Wendy was very helpful with allowing us to provide our own fabric for new cushions for our Lloyd Flanders set, and made sure that we ordered cushions that would fit despite some changes to Lloyd Flanders' cushion specifications since our set was purchased. When we ordered cushions for a separate chair in a different fabric, she took the time to call me to explain options so that the cushion could be reversible despite the fabric's pattern. Wendy and her company offer great personalized customer service and our cushions are terrific. Highly recommended!

We ordered custom cushions for a sofa we rebuilt in our camper. The communication from them was top notch. When the cushions came, they fit perfectly and were just as we ordered. They are very comfortable and we are very happy with them. Would recommend!

Ordered replacement cushions and they are better than we ever expected or hoped for. Prompt response to request for sample fabrics. Placed order with expected delivery in 3 to 4 weeks -- cushions arrived in exactly 3 weeks. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with the cushions I ordered. Both the quality of the sunbrella fabric and the workmanship of the cushions are excellent. Thank you Wendy for your help in choosing the fabric, cushion type and perfect color to match my existing awning!

I can't say enough good things about Cushions by Wicker Imports and the owner, Wendy. We live in Florida and have an outside terrace wicker patio set from Pier One (which is no longer in business). After googling to find replacement cushions, I found that Cushions by Wicker Imports had a beautiful selection of fabrics, could customize cushion sizes and were easy to do business with. Wendy was very helpful in explaining how to take measurements and in sending us samples of their great selection of fabrics. The cushions arrived yesterday and they are beautiful, fit great and we love them!!!! Based on your website, I could tell you offer a terrific product but, now that we have the real thing, you still managed to exceed our expectations. Thank you - it was a pleasure doing business with you and I will highly recommend you to my friends in Florida and elsewhere:-)

We are so happy with the new cushions just received. The turn around for the order was prompt, the fabric selection was great and the quality was perfect. I was nervous on the fit because this was a complete custom order, but they fit perfectly. Thank you for giving our porch a new life!

We were thrilled to find that this firm was capable of making cushions that fit exactly to our older outdoor furniture. The selection of fabrics was good, samples provided in advance. The production time was less than anticipated and the quality is superb. The cushions have a very firm "sit".

We received the Lloyd Flanders cushions for our couch, love seat and swivel chairs. We are extremely happy with the quality and comfort of your product. When buying online one never knows what you will receive or if you will receive it. I wanted to post some pictures but could not find away. Thanks again.

We really needed replacement cushions for our wicker set. The original store where we purchased it had gone out of business and no other similar store had even heard of our brand and style of furniture! I found Cushions by Wicker Imports online and they made cushions for our wicker set as well as many other brands. It was a big purchase to make soley online but I spoke with Wendy and emailed her questions and she was very responsive. They have a very large selection of fabrics and will happily send you swatches. My order arrived in the expected amount of time. We couldn't be happier. They look great, are very well made and fit perfectly!

Responsiveness is exceptional. I ordered a 5-piece set in the midst of COVID, and there was all kinds of issues with my order, none of which was Ratton's fault. They they kept me in the loop every step of the way and were a 24-hour response time every time I reached out to them. Highly recommend using them!

Loved my replacement cushions for my outdoor furniture. A few weeks after receiving my order I had a minor issue with one of the cushions. John immediately offered to fix it at their expense, it was picked up, fixed and returned to me within days (and I live 5 states away). Excellent cushions and excellent customer service!!!

Wonderful selection of furniture for any room and service is even better. A glider we bought needed a few new pieces, but unable to find where to replace them. Called John at Wicker Imports and he informed me my chair was still under warranty and he'd get me a replacement piece soon as possible. He responded immediately, the piece was ordered and delivered in a timely manner, and we put it back together for a brand new chair. Great service during selection and after. Recommend highly.
