She then offered me instructions on how to properly measure seats and backs for the three pieces (3-seat sofa, chair w/ ottoman, glider chair). Wendy then accepted my amateur drawings and imputed all the data for these custom cushions.

When the cushions arrived my wife and I were so happy and pleased as the two fabrics we chose worked beautifully together. And every cushion was perfectly built and fit out furniture.

						Great experience from my initial questions/contact of site to delivery of final product.  Wendy quickly responded to my many questions over several emails regarding sizing of cushions, design and appropriateness of fabrics, etc. She verified that I had ordered correctly for Llyod Flanders wicker dining and lounge chairs and sofa and put my mind at ease that the order would be right.  The finished cushions arrived when they said they would. Most importantly, the cushions are quality!  I would not hesitate to recommend Cushions by Wicker Imports to anyone.

I am very pleased with the result! Cushions are firm, as desired (no sinking into sofa), and they fit perfectly. The accent pillows are great too. I purchased extra fabric to cover dining chair seats to match. I highly recommend Cushions by Wicker Imports. 						I have had my new cushions for about 2 weeks. I am so pleased with my decision to go with Wicker Imports for numerous reasons.I bought my wicker furniture with my mom,30 years ago from a very known store in LongIsland NY, called Thomas ille Furniture which is no longer in business.I know my wicker furniture is well made and deserved new cushions to enhance and bring back to life my wicker.I have looked for years for new cushions and realized my furniture required custom made cushions.I choose Cushions by wicker because they had a wide selection of furniture styles which had to match my wicker.Because this was going to be a solid financial investment I wanted this done properly.Wendy and her staf did a lovely job and the craftsmanship is ideal.She worked with me,I worked with her and together my porch is a happy space Thank You to Wendy and her company,Cushions by Imports.Meg Gliwa

They were a lot less expensive than local shops and seemed to have the most and best options - but I was still afraid to order, so for a few years I did nothing.  This year I decided to go ahead and requested many fabric swatches (which were sent to us at no charge).  The website had great instructions that made measuring for replacement cushions easy. And once all was decided, Wendy helped me with my order. Easy!  I was still nervous - but all there was left to do was wait until they arrived.  On Saturday, June 15 – just 33 days after placing my order – our cushions arrived extremely well packaged in sturdy boxes and in perfect condition!  I opened the boxes and was blown away by the color and quality of the fabric - absolutely top notch - beautiful, durable and soft! The foam used is dense so when you sit in the furniture you feel supported and comfortable. I am so happy that I got the 4 buttons on the seat backs and the piping on the seat cushions - it just brings our sunroom together at a whole new level!  And most importantly – the cushions fit my furniture perfectly - better than the cushions that came with the set originally!  I am beyond thrilled.  So thank you to every single person who had a hand in getting these cushions made and sent to us!  I can't thank you all enough for your help, for the outstanding quality craftmanship, and quick delivery of these gorgeous cushions! On a scale of 1-5 stars, I would give you 10 stars if I could and we would recommend to all who are looking for quality, beautiful replacement cushions. I wish I had not waited so long to place my order!

My furniture has a curve to the back, and when I ordered the cushions, I got an email back from the company making sure I measured right. The line I used is very seldom ordered. Wendy was a tremendous help. I called her and she talked me through the measurements and asked if I could make a template. I did so, and the cushions were custom made and arrived within two weeks. They are beautiful and fit perfectly. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for cushions for wicker furniture.  we love them

						We ordered custom cushions for a sofa we rebuilt in our camper.  The communication from them was top notch.  When the cushions came, they fit perfectly and were just as we ordered.  They are very comfortable and we are very happy with them.  Would recommend!

					Wonderful selection of furniture for any room and service is even better.  A glider we bought needed a few new pieces, but unable to find where to replace them.  Called John at Wicker Imports and he informed me my chair was still under warranty and he'd get me a replacement piece soon as possible.  He responded immediately, the piece was ordered and delivered in a timely manner, and we put it back together for a brand new chair.  Great service during selection and after.  Recommend highly.
