Wendy was delightful and so easy to work with on making custom cushions for my Everglade chairs and sofa. I wanted them updated with box seats and straight top cushions with piping. The work and quality is exceptional and they are like brand new. The new look is fabulous! Thanks so much.

Wendy is my hero. She helped me understand what furniture I owned and how we could replace the old cushions. She then offered me instructions on how to properly measure seats and backs for the three pieces (3-seat sofa, chair w/ ottoman, glider chair). Wendy then accepted my amateur drawings and imputed all the data for these custom cushions.
When the cushions arrived my wife and I were so happy and pleased as the two fabrics we chose worked beautifully together. And every cushion was perfectly built and fit out furniture.

Great experience from my initial questions/contact of site to delivery of final product. Cushions By Wicker Imports is absolutely the best!! My 20+ year old Lloyd Flanders cushions had seen their day. I put off replacing because of the cost and even checked out new furniture. SAVED BY SALE with Cushions by Wicker. They mailed free swatches and answered several emails and phone calls all with patience and courtesy! Hard to find nowadays. I had talked with two other companies and looked at what was out there with reviews, etc. If you want quality, and decent fair price then go to Cushions by Wicker. Excellent experience working with Wendy for a custom order of cushions for my old, but solid, rattan sofa. I was able to speak to Wendy several times and email pictures of the sofa with measurements to have them made to fit.
I am very pleased with the result! Cushions are firm, as desired (no sinking into sofa), and they fit perfectly. The accent pillows are great too. I purchased extra fabric to cover dining chair seats to match. I highly recommend Cushions by Wicker Imports. Price is higher than purchasing standard size cushions elsewhere but well worth the price for the quality work and terrific customer service.

After my dog chewed the cushion for my Lloyd & Flanders Nantucket love seat I reached out to Wendy at Cushions by Wicker Imports. So thrilled I found her! She had many fabrics to choose from. I was able to upgrade to a high upholstery grade fabric. The cushions Wendy uses are also an upgrade to the original that came with my set. Very pleased!

The original cushions for our rattan glider were mistakenly thrown out. It was impossible to find cushions that fit. We came across Wicker Imports online. I found Cushions by Wicker Imports’ online site a few years ago, and although I really needed replacement cushions for our indoor wicker sunroom furniture, I was terrified of investing that much money on cushions online! What if I ordered them wrong, made a mistake with the measurements or the cushions were not good quality . . . So for a few years I did nothing. I would come back to the site every now and then. They were a lot less expensive than local shops and seemed to have the most and best options - but I was still afraid to order, so for a few years I did nothing. This year I decided to go ahead and requested many fabric swatches (which were sent to us at no charge). The website had great instructions that made measuring for replacement cushions easy. And once all was decided, Wendy helped me with my order. Easy! I was still nervous - but all there was left to do was wait until they arrived. On Saturday, June 15 – just 33 days after placing my order – our cushions arrived extremely well packaged in sturdy boxes and in perfect condition! I opened the boxes and was blown away by the color and quality of the fabric - absolutely top notch - beautiful, durable and soft! The foam used is dense so when you sit in the furniture you feel supported and comfortable. I am so happy that I got the 4 buttons on the seat backs and the piping on the seat cushions - it just brings our sunroom together at a whole new level! And most importantly – the cushions fit my furniture perfectly - better than the cushions that came with the set originally! I am beyond thrilled. I was apprehensive just choosing a company off the Internet to have replacement pillows made. My furniture has a curve to the back, and when I ordered the cushions, I got an email back from the company making sure I measured right. The line I used is very seldom ordered. Wendy was a tremendous help. I called her and she talked me through the measurements and asked if I could make a template. I did so, and the cushions were custom made and arrived within two weeks. My experience with Cushions by Wicker Imports was perfect, from my first inquiry to receipt of my order. My Lloyd Flanders wicker, purchased about 35 years ago, was still in beautiful condition, except for the original cushions, which consist of a three-seat sofa, a rocking chair with ottoman, and a side chair. Wendy and her assistant, Linda, immediately saw that my wicker was not a current Lloyd Flanders style. They carefully researched the history of Lloyd Flanders furniture, identified my discontinued style (Buckingham), worked with me to ensure that the cushions would fit perfectly, provided swatch samples, made helpful suggestions on every detail until the final cushions and accent pillows were made and shipped free of charge to me. The cushions are a perfect fit; the fabric is beautiful, and the craftsmanship is excellent. All this was accomplished in a very pleasant, stress-free, professional way in less than 6 weeks. Loved my replacement cushions for my outdoor furniture. A few weeks after receiving my order I had a minor issue with one of the cushions. John immediately offered to fix it at their expense, it was picked up, fixed and returned to me within days (and I live 5 states away). Excellent cushions and excellent customer service!!!

Wonderful selection of furniture for any room and service is even better. A glider we bought needed a few new pieces, but unable to find where to replace them. Called John at Wicker Imports and he informed me my chair was still under warranty and he'd get me a replacement piece soon as possible. He responded immediately, the piece was ordered and delivered in a timely manner, and we put it back together for a brand new chair. Great service during selection and after. Recommend highly.
