						Cushions By Wicker Imports is absolutely the best!! My 20+ year old Lloyd Flanders cushions had seen their day.  I put off replacing because of the cost and even checked out new furniture.  SAVED BY SALE with Cushions by Wicker.  They mailed free swatches and answered several emails and phone calls all with patience and courtesy! Hard to find nowadays.  I had talked with two other companies and looked at what was out there with reviews, etc. If you want quality, and decent fair price then go to Cushions by Wicker. I am very pleased with the result! Cushions are firm, as desired (no sinking into sofa), and they fit perfectly. The accent pillows are great too. I purchased extra fabric to cover dining chair seats to match. I highly recommend Cushions by Wicker Imports. Price is higher than purchasing standard size cushions elsewhere but well worth the price for the quality work and terrific customer service.

I am very pleased with the result! Cushions are firm, as desired (no sinking into sofa), and they fit perfectly. The accent pillows are great too. I purchased extra fabric to cover dining chair seats to match. I highly recommend Cushions by Wicker Imports. They were a lot less expensive than local shops and seemed to have the most and best options - but I was still afraid to order, so for a few years I did nothing.  This year I decided to go ahead and requested many fabric swatches (which were sent to us at no charge).  The website had great instructions that made measuring for replacement cushions easy. And once all was decided, Wendy helped me with my order. Easy!  I was still nervous - but all there was left to do was wait until they arrived.  On Saturday, June 15 – just 33 days after placing my order – our cushions arrived extremely well packaged in sturdy boxes and in perfect condition!  I opened the boxes and was blown away by the color and quality of the fabric - absolutely top notch - beautiful, durable and soft! The foam used is dense so when you sit in the furniture you feel supported and comfortable. I am so happy that I got the 4 buttons on the seat backs and the piping on the seat cushions - it just brings our sunroom together at a whole new level!  And most importantly – the cushions fit my furniture perfectly - better than the cushions that came with the set originally!  I am beyond thrilled.  So thank you to every single person who had a hand in getting these cushions made and sent to us!  I can't thank you all enough for your help, for the outstanding quality craftmanship, and quick delivery of these gorgeous cushions! On a scale of 1-5 stars, I would give you 10 stars if I could and we would recommend to all who are looking for quality, beautiful replacement cushions. I wish I had not waited so long to place my order!

Wendy was a tremendous help. I called her and she talked me through the measurements and asked if I could make a template. I did so, and the cushions were custom made and arrived within two weeks. 						Responsiveness is exceptional. I ordered a 5-piece set in the midst of COVID, and there was all kinds of issues with my order, none of which was Ratton's fault. They they kept me in the loop every step of the way and were a 24-hour response time every time I reached out to them. Highly recommend using them!

					Loved my replacement cushions for my outdoor furniture.   A few weeks after receiving my  order I had a minor issue with one of the cushions.  John immediately offered to  fix it at their expense, it was picked up, fixed and returned to me within days (and I live 5 states away).  Excellent cushions and excellent customer service!!!

					Wonderful selection of furniture for any room and service is even better.  A glider we bought needed a few new pieces, but unable to find where to replace them.  Called John at Wicker Imports and he informed me my chair was still under warranty and he'd get me a replacement piece soon as possible.  He responded immediately, the piece was ordered and delivered in a timely manner, and we put it back together for a brand new chair.  Great service during selection and after.  Recommend highly.
