						The original cushions for our rattan glider were mistakenly thrown out. It was impossible to find cushions that fit. We came across Wicker Imports online. With Wendy's help we took measurements and sent photos of the glider. Our custom replacement cushions arrived yesterday and they fit perfectly. They are comfortable and look great too.

					I found Cushions by Wicker Imports’ online site a few years ago, and although I really needed replacement cushions for our indoor wicker sunroom furniture, I was terrified of investing that much money on cushions online! What if I ordered them wrong, made a mistake with the measurements or the cushions were not good quality . . . So for a few years I did nothing. I would come back to the site every now and then. They were a lot less expensive than local shops and seemed to have the most and best options - but I was still afraid to order, so for a few years I did nothing.  This year I decided to go ahead and requested many fabric swatches (which were sent to us at no charge).  The website had great instructions that made measuring for replacement cushions easy. And once all was decided, Wendy helped me with my order. Easy!  I was still nervous - but all there was left to do was wait until they arrived.  On Saturday, June 15 – just 33 days after placing my order – our cushions arrived extremely well packaged in sturdy boxes and in perfect condition!  I opened the boxes and was blown away by the color and quality of the fabric - absolutely top notch - beautiful, durable and soft! The foam used is dense so when you sit in the furniture you feel supported and comfortable. I am so happy that I got the 4 buttons on the seat backs and the piping on the seat cushions - it just brings our sunroom together at a whole new level!  And most importantly – the cushions fit my furniture perfectly - better than the cushions that came with the set originally!  I am beyond thrilled.  So thank you to every single person who had a hand in getting these cushions made and sent to us!  I can't thank you all enough for your help, for the outstanding quality craftmanship, and quick delivery of these gorgeous cushions! On a scale of 1-5 stars, I would give you 10 stars if I could and we would recommend to all who are looking for quality, beautiful replacement cushions. I wish I had not waited so long to place my order!

						I found Cushions by Wicker Imports’ online site a few years ago, and although I really needed replacement cushions for our indoor wicker sunroom furniture, I was terrified of investing that much money on cushions online! What if I ordered them wrong, made a mistake with the measurements or the cushions were not good quality . . . So for a few years I did nothing. I would come back to the site every now and then. They were a lot less expensive than local shops and seemed to have the most and best options - but I was still afraid to order, so for a few years I did nothing.  This year I decided to go ahead and requested many fabric swatches (which were sent to us at no charge).  The website had great instructions that made measuring for replacement cushions easy. And once all was decided, Wendy helped me with my order. Easy!  I was still nervous - but all there was left to do was wait until they arrived.  On Saturday, June 15 – just 33 days after placing my order – our cushions arrived extremely well packaged in sturdy boxes and in perfect condition!  I opened the boxes and was blown away by the color and quality of the fabric - absolutely top notch - beautiful, durable and soft! The foam used is dense so when you sit in the furniture you feel supported and comfortable. I am so happy that I got the 4 buttons on the seat backs and the piping on the seat cushions - it just brings our sunroom together at a whole new level!  And most importantly – the cushions fit my furniture perfectly - better than the cushions that came with the set originally!  I am beyond thrilled.  So thank you to every single person who had a hand in getting these cushions made and sent to us!  I can't thank you all enough for your help, for the outstanding quality craftmanship, and quick delivery of these gorgeous cushions! On a scale of 1-5 stars, I would give you 10 stars if I could and we would recommend to all who are looking for quality, beautiful replacement cushions. I wish I had not waited so long to place my order!

						My husband and myself are so happy with our recently received cushions for our Braxton Culler loveseat. They were delivered on time, in the best condition, and fabric looks beautiful! 						Our cushions arrived this afternoon and we are so pleased with the way they turned out and how nice it makes our set look. Instead of looking worn out and seams busted our cushions now are nice and firm making our set look brand new. Thank you Wendy for all your help in sending samples and answering my questions. 						Loved my replacement cushions for my outdoor furniture.   A few weeks after receiving my  order I had a minor issue with one of the cushions.  John immediately offered to  fix it at their expense, it was picked up, fixed and returned to me within days (and I live 5 states away).  Excellent cushions and excellent customer service!!!

					Wonderful selection of furniture for any room and service is even better.  A glider we bought needed a few new pieces, but unable to find where to replace them.  Called John at Wicker Imports and he informed me my chair was still under warranty and he'd get me a replacement piece soon as possible.  He responded immediately, the piece was ordered and delivered in a timely manner, and we put it back together for a brand new chair.  Great service during selection and after.  Recommend highly.
